We round-up all the action following Week 11, as both divisions hotten up on the run in to Easter...
Division1:
Dorset Storm still lead the way at 7-1, with a healthy win over the Tigers, but the Oaks have a chance to tie it up, with a game tonight at the Tigers. The Tigers sit a game off of 0.500 just behind the Razors who got the win over the Spartans, after overcoming a quick start from the Dorset team.
The Bandits sit in 5th, and host the Storm this week, whilst Team Dorset Spartans sit at the foot of the table, but close losses mean their Points Differential would see them jump Bandits when they play their game-in-hand.
Division 2:
Blackhawks lead the way, 6-2, but the BU Performance still have 2 games in-hand, and remain undefeated. Evolution sit 5-3 in 3rd, and host the Raiders this week, who have been much improved as of late. The Seahawks are 4-5 as they enter their rest week. The Suns are just a game behind, as they travel to BU on Friday. The Donkeys, who travel to Blackhawks on Sunday, look to build on their Sem-Final Plate win to chase down the Suns.
As we pass the half way point of the season for Div1 (15 games per team) and approach it for Div2 (18 Games) both leagues are really hotting up and its way too early to name anyone as Champions, start looking at playoff places, or talk of promotion and relegation, lets keep Dorset Basketball rolling and growing!
