The 2022-23 Season welcomes 2 new teams, Salisbury Suns and B4L Titans, plus 3 expansion teams, Bandits 2, Legends and Razors.  This means the season will again start with a Conference style grouping.

Each team will play the teams in their Conference Home & Away, to decide a ranking.

After Christmas, the top 3 teams from each A, B & C will move on to compete in Division 1.  The bottom team in each Conference will join the teams in Conference D, to form Division 2.

 

Results from the Conferences will be carried over.  Each team will play each new team in their Division twice to determine the final rankings.
